Own new-logo acquisition across Guava's largest, most strategic accounts — building pipeline from scratch, running complex multi-stakeholder deals, and closing with the organizations that run regulated industries at scale. High-autonomy hunting role selling to both technical (CTO, eng leaders) and business (CRO, COO, VP Ops) buyers in the same cycle.

Sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market — write code, debug integrations, and unblock deployments, while being on every sales call as the technical voice that turns skeptical buyers into champions. Equal parts technical work and people work.
View roleMid-Market Account Executive
Drive new-logo growth across the mid-market segment — own the full cycle (prospect, run, close) with a focus on speed and strong pipeline across Guava's core verticals. Faster than enterprise, but still selling to technical and business stakeholders, often in the same conversation.
