Guava AI Systems, Inc. operates multiple SMS messaging programs. Consent is obtained separately for each program. By opting in to a specific program, you agree to receive only the messages described under that program. You may opt in to one or more programs. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that specific program. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. Your opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Guava Survey SMS Program: anonymous public opinion surveys and participation confirmations. Message frequency varies; no more than 5 messages per survey cycle. To opt out, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP or email hi@goguava.ai.
- Guava Customer Care SMS Program: account support, onboarding assistance, and service-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity. To opt out, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP or email hi@goguava.ai.
- Guava Marketing & Promotions Program: product announcements, feature highlights, and promotional offers related to Guava's services. No more than 4 messages per month. To opt out, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP or email hi@goguava.ai.
- Guava Events Program: invitations, reminders, and follow-ups related to Guava-hosted or Guava-sponsored events. No more than 6 messages per event cycle. To opt out, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP or email hi@goguava.ai.
- Guava Product Updates Program: release notes, new feature announcements, and platform change notifications. No more than 2 messages per month. To opt out, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP or email hi@goguava.ai.
- Guava Product Testing Program: occasional test messages sent to opted-in participants to help improve Guava's products and services. Participation is voluntary. Responses may be used anonymously in aggregate to inform product development. No more than 10 messages per month. To opt out, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP or email hi@goguava.ai.
We do not share your phone number or messaging opt-in status with third parties, except as required by law or as part of our services to deliver messages securely and efficiently.
Your SMS opt-in consent is program-specific and collected separately for each Guava messaging program you choose to join. Consent will not be transferred, sold, or shared with any affiliate, partner, or third party for their own marketing purposes.
You may opt in to one or more Guava messaging programs. Opting out of one program does not affect your enrollment in any other program. To opt out of any program, reply STOP to any message from that program. No conditions apply. You may opt out of any program at any time for any reason.
Responses to any Guava SMS program, including surveys and product testing, may be collected and used in anonymous, aggregate form to improve our products and services. Your identity will not be associated with your responses.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
3.2 Other Disclosures
- Service providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
